We are coming by car, is there parking?

Of course, cars can be conveniently parked in the hotel's free parking lots directly in front of the entrance. Additional parking is available on the other side of the train station.


We are arriving by train, how do we find our way to Emma's Hotel B&B?

This is particularly easy, Emma's Hotel B&B is located right by the Lungern train station. You can't miss it.

 

When is the check-in and check-out?

You can check in from 14:00 at any time at the Self-Check-in Terminal at the entrance via Passerelle from Lungern train station and receive your key card there. Check-out is until 11:00 am.

 

I am looking forward to the breakfast buffet, when is it open?

At Emma's Hotel B&B we offer you a rich and healthy daily breakfastbuffet from 6:30 until 10:00 am.
 

Our little dog would also like to explore the vacation region of Lungern with us, can he also come along?

Clean and well-behaved dogs with a maximum size of 50 cm are welcome with us, but must be registered in advance. There is a limit of 1 dog per room. In the breakfast room we cannot allow pets out of consideration for other guests as well as for hygienic reasons. For a dog overnight stay we charge CHF 20.- per night.


Are drinks and snacks offered?

The coffee bar next to the reception is served in the morning from 7:00 to 12:00.  There you can enjoy various coffee and tea specialties, soft drinks, wine and spirits. At the train station, just opposite the main entrance, there are also vending machines with snacks and drinks for in between.

 

Is there an elevator for the heavy luggage or a wheelchair?

You can reach every floor from the basement to the attic comfortably with the elevator.

 

The topic of sustainability is close to my heart. What is Emma's Hotel B&B's position on it?

Sustainability is also a concern for us. A daily room cleaning is not necessary in most cases, because it consumes water, electricity and resources such as garbage bags, cleaning agents and laundry, which could be saved in the interest of our environment. Therefore, you can optionally book daily room cleaning with bed making with us if you stay with us for more than 1 night. Otherwise, the room will be cleaned after your departure. Our cleaning products are purely natural and 100% biodegradable. Also, in your room you will find soap, shampoo and shower gel from "Stop the Water" - refillable natural cosmetics in a dispenser. If you want to remember the fine scent of your vacations every day, you can buy the natural products in our shop.
 

When is the reception open?


Our reception is always open in the morning from 7:00 to 12:00.
