Check-in at the self-check-in terminal

You have booked your room online via a booking portal or ideally directly via our website and are now arriving at our hotel ?  Uncomplicated and convenient, you can check in at the modern self-check-in terminal from 14:00 on the day of arrival at the latest.

Don't worry, it's really quite simple, and in this way we also enable our guests to arrive after midnight. 
In the wind- and weather-protected vestibule near the main entrance of Emma's Hotel B&B you will find our "check-in" machine, which you can use to check in.

Check-in is very simple: 

• Choose your language and enter your last name as it is written on your confirmation.
• If you have already made a reservation, your booking will be displayed immediately from 2pm on the day of arrival.
• If you have not yet booked a room, select the "No Reservation" option and the rooms still available will be displayed for you to choose from. 
• If everything is displayed to your satisfaction, you pay your room directly with your credit card or also with Maestro (EC-direct).
• After that you have to fill in the obligatory registration form (ID or passport is required). 
• You will receive your key card and the receipt.
• With the key card you enter the hotel and can immediately enter your hotel room.

Check-out
The reception on the first floor of our hotel is open from 6:30 - 11:00. On the day of departure you can check out personally at the reception during this time. Until 11 a.m. you can also simply drop your key card into the "key boxes" in the basement or at the exit on the 2nd floor.
