The location of this idyllic mountain village could hardly be more convenient: It is situated halfway between Lucerne and Interlaken and can be reached directly from both towns in less than an hour by public transport. By car, it takes just under 30 minutes.

The famous Lucerne-Interlaken Express line takes you directly to us. This spectacular route is one of the "Premium Panorama Trains" in Switzerland. From Interlaken you can reach Lungern by the picturesque roads via Lake Brienz and the Brünig Pass and from Lucerne through the beautiful upper Sarner Valley.
