Hotel Self-Check-In: The Luxury of a Hassle-Free Arrival
With Hotel Self Check-in, you can enjoy the luxury of arriving stress-free and taking control of your stay right from the start, without any waiting. The check-in and check-out process is very simple:
1. Arrive whenever you like
Your arrival is completely flexible. You can check in at any time starting at 3:00 p.m.—even late in the evening or after midnight.
2. Check-in at the terminal
The self-check-in terminal is located in the entrance area. Simply enter your booking details and follow the few clear steps on the screen. The process is intuitive and takes just a few minutes. During the check-in process, you, as a guest, will independently take one of the key cards available at the terminal (from the designated slots) and hold it up to the marked encoding station. After about 5 seconds, the programming is complete and the card is ready for use.
3. During your stay
If you need us, we’re happy to assist you at the front desk on the ground floor daily from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
4. Checkout – just as easy
On the day of departure, you have two options: – in person at the front desk (6:30–11:00 a.m.) – or simply on your own: drop your key card into the box next to the terminal on the black wall by 11:00 a.m. and complete check-out conveniently via the link on your smartphone.
