Breakfast by the lake: a real treat at Emma’s

Breakfast by the lake, also available to day visitors. Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your own pace: perhaps begin with a relaxing view of the mountains, followed by a stroll along Lake Lungern, and then enjoy a delightful breakfast with us. Or do it the other way round – whatever takes your fancy.

Fresh air, peaceful moments and a lovingly prepared buffet make starting the day at Emma’s a little treat.

The home accessories and décor at Emma’s are much-praised and much-loved. Many of the details are photographed, inspiring a desire to take a little piece of our special atmosphere home with you.

That’s why we’ve decided to offer a selection of designer pieces and our favourite items for sale. This way, you can continue to enjoy Emma’s stylish atmosphere even after your stay.

It’s not just Lake Lungern that we’re turning into a paradise of indulgence with our latest addition – Emilio is mobile! Welcome drink – to make your arrival extra special

A welcome drink is the perfect way to start your stay at Emma’s Hotel Bed & Breakfast. Arrive, take a seat, enjoy the stunning views from the balcony, your room or the roof terrace, and raise a glass of Mauler to life. We’ll also treat you to some tasty nibbles.

Aperitif with a floral touch

We’ll treat you or your loved one to an aperitif accompanied by a bouquet of flowers to mark the start of a truly special holiday. We’d be delighted to organise a lovely welcome aperitif for you, featuring a glass of Prosecco, some nibbles and a beautiful bouquet of flowers, delivered straight to your room.

Celebrating a birthday at Emma’s: a special surprise

Celebrating a birthday is a wonderful thing – and at Emma’s, we make this special day even more special. On your behalf, we’ll surprise the birthday guest with a glass of Prosecco, a cupcake with a candle, and a birthday card.

Vintage lift at Emma’s Hotel: 5 little ‘hidden gems’

Emma’s Hotel harbours a glimpse of times gone by. The cabin of the former lift in the heart of the building has been removed. Thanks to the installation of mezzanine floors on every level, small spaces have been created where there is plenty to discover.

Tea and coffee room on the first floor

In the small tea and coffee kitchen, our guests can enjoy an espresso or a fine cup of tea at any time of day. A microwave is also available for those feeling peckish.

Emergency corner on the 2nd floor

In our emergency corner, you’ll find everything you might need from time to time: from a sewing kit and shoe-shining kit to a first-aid kit, stationery, ironing supplies and a dog basket. We’ve also got some free postcards for you.

Children’s play area on the 3rd floor

You can borrow colourful, fun toys and little adventure sets from our children’s play corner. Look forward to seeing their eyes light up, even on rainy days. Have fun playing, and thank you for returning the items.

Book corner on the 4th floor

IUp in the attic, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of books and magazines. Perfect for a relaxing evening in the garden or cosy reading sessions in your room.

Boutique

In this little boutique, you’ll always find new, lovingly selected trinkets and handy everyday items. Whether you’re looking for a small token of appreciation, a little thank-you gift, something special for your home, or a present for a loved one – there’s always something perfect to discover here.

Housekeeping Service

To protect the environment and safeguard your privacy, we have made a conscious decision not to provide daily room cleaning during your stay. You are, of course, welcome to book a cleaning service at any time, with or without a change of linen. You will find details of this in your room, or our reception staff will be happy to advise you daily from 6.30 am to 12 noon.

A little jar full of goodness! Our homemade granola is made with love and packed with delicious ingredients. Take a little piece of Emma’s home with you.
